Absolutely loved our experience! 🇻🇳🍜 The food was incredible, especially the ribeye pho and mom’s fried egg rolls—both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. But what really made the experience stand out was Carter. He was absolutely amazing! He somehow managed to greet us, serve us, and make sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. His service was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. From a culinary perspective, the meal was an impressive expression of Vietnamese cuisine, balancing bold, deeply developed flavors with the freshness. Pho - memorable—rich and savory, with a depth of flavor. The mom’s fried egg rolls were another standout. Crisp and delicately fried on the exterior while remaining flavorful and aromatic within, they had that perfect contrast of texture that makes a well-executed egg roll so satisfying. There was a sense of familiarity and comfort to the dish, but with the level of execution. My go-to place for pho and Vietnamese cuisine. I’ve been here so many times I can’t count. The ribeye pho and Thai tea are my favorite but I also love the Vietnamese garlic noodles, shaken ribeye rice plate, and short rib rice plate. Give this place a try I promise you’ll find something you enjoy!

Small restaurant with fantastic food! Menu had lots of options. Food came out quick, hot, and was presented well. Service was attentive. Can't wait to go back.

The food here is amazing!!!! The Short Rib Pho never disappoints! I had the pleasure of tasting the Ultimate Seafood Pho!!!! It’s so good and needs to be a permanent item on the menu. Go check them out in Brandon and soon in Apollo Beach!

When you cook Vietnamese at home, it’s hard to find a place that feels worth going out for. Tada’s is one of the few exceptions. It’s our reliable stop for a quick, no-nonsense lunch during our many drives up and down Florida’s west coast. The vibe is casual, the staff is friendly, and the space itself is clean and unfussy. Most importantly, everything tastes right, and the portions are generous. Not flashy, not trendy - just solid, satisfying Vietnamese done right.
